This notice explains how Kampa Turizm Organizasyon San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("KAMPA", "we") handles personal data sent through kampadmc.com. It is provided under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Only what you type into the proposal form: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, and the details of your trip request.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare a proposal and, if you go ahead, organise your group. We do not use it for newsletters and we do not sell or share it for marketing.

Who processes it

• Web3Forms delivers the form to our mailbox.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• Hotels, transport companies and guides receive only the details needed to deliver a confirmed programme.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within two years. Booking records are kept as long as Turkish tax and tourism law requires.
